What I Ate Wednesday 11/5/14
Hey guys! I'm dorsum over again with another What I Ate Wednesday! It still seems funny to me that these postal service are so requested and shared, but as long as you desire them I will keep them coming. So, here yous take it…everything I ate yesterday including recipes (lamentable, two of the recipes volition be posted within the calendar week!) and nutrition information. I hope it helps give you some healthy meal and snack ideas!
5am Pre-Workout Snack: Cashew Cookie Larabar – These are and then good and the ingredient list is awesome! Yous can get them for pretty inexpensive with Subscribe & Salvage on {Amazon} {230 calories, 6g protein, 3g fiber}
9am Breakfast: New top-secret light-green smoothie recipe. Simply kidding, it's just a new yummy one that I haven't posted yet. Recipe & decent photo coming shortly! {330 calories, 18.4g protein, viii.8g cobweb}
12pm Lunch: one loving cup plain greek yogurt with 1/2 cup mixed berries (but the frozen kind, thawed in the microwave for a few seconds), i/2 an avocado, 1 cup mixed raw veggies with ii tablespoons edemame hummus. {406 calories, 31g protein, 11g cobweb}
3pm Afternoon Snack: Fuji apple and 2 tablespoons fresh almond butter. This is one of my favorite snack combos. The picture looks kinda weird, but it actually is so yummy. If your grocery shop doesn't have a motorcar that makes information technology fresh, {this} Justin's make is my favorite. Information technology's a little pricey, but so much amend than other jarred almond butters. {270 calories, 6g protein, 6g fiber}
6pm Dinner: Slow-Cooker Baked Potato Soup. Sad guys, this is another ane with the recipe coming soon. It is then easy then yummy, I promise I'll get it posted soon! {239 calories, x.1g protein, 1.7g fiber}
8pm Dessert: 3 Pieces 85% Dark Chocolate – This {Dark-green & Blackness'southward Organic} is one of my absolute favorites and I just started getting it on Amazon {Subscribe & Save} which makes information technology just like $2.80 a bar! {lx calories, 1g protein, 1g fiber}
TOTAL:
{1559 calories, 32g fiber, 72g protein}
